Format
The ICC Women’s T20 World Cup will be the eighth edition of the tournament, and will feature ten teams divided into two groups of five. Each team will face the other teams from their respective group in a single round-robin format. After the end of the round, the top two teams will then progress to the knock-out round.
In total, the group stage will feature 20 matches while the knock-out round will feature three matches. The group stage will begin on February 10 and conclude on February 21, while the knock-outs will conclude on February 26. This year, the Women’s T20 World Cup will take place across three venues in three different cities.
