In the video, Praneeth talks with his friend about a reel of a Telugu family living in America and goes on to mock the father-daughter relationship by s*xualizing the relationship between the father and his 4-5 years old daughter.
Unsurprisingly, the vile jokes brought in a lot of backlashes from people who were very angry with his comments. Popular Indian actor, Sai Durga Tej was one of the first to react. Various netizens even requested the Chief Ministers of the Telugu States and the police officers to take action against Praneeth. Several major public figures have gone on to condemn his jokes since then.
Telangana CM Revanth Reddy, and Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramarka, along with AP – Telangana DGP all responded to Praneethโs actions. Praneeth Hanumantu is a popular Indian YouTube content creator, and the son of an IAS officer named H. Arun Kumar. Arun Kumar was a 2004 batch IAS officer and last worked working as Civil Supplies and EO Secretary in AP. Praneeth Hanumanthu also has an older brother named Ajay Hanumanthu who is also a popular YouTuber. He has a YouTube channel called โA Judeโ, where he gives styling tips.
He is bet known for critiquing Indian films, and creating reaction videos of films online. He also often goes on livestreams with interact with his followers.

According to his LinkedIn account, Praneeth attended the Symbiosis Law School in Pune, where he studied law.
