Monday afternoon, the lawsuit was filed in Collin County by Prescott’s legal team. Levi G. McCathern, the quarterback’s Dallas attorney, said the quarterback was the victim of an extortion scheme and refuted any allegations of s*xual assault. A statement by Prescott’s lawyer, Levi G. McCathern read:
Mr. Prescott; a new father to a baby girl; has great empathy for survivors of s*xual assault.”
Further was said:
He fervently believes that all perpetrators of such crimes should be punished to the fullest extent of the law. To be clear, Mr. Prescott has never engaged in any nonconsensual s*xual conduct with anyone.”
Rayne Dakota Prescott was the legal name Prescott used when he filed the complaint.
Prescott’s countersuit is valued at $100 million and his lawsuit contends that Prescott never engaged in nonconsensual s*xual behavior with anyone.
“Defendants’ horrible lies not only threaten to destroy the legitimate legacy of a great man and cost him tens of millions of dollars, but Defendants’ conduct is criminal,” Prescott’s lawsuit says. “Further, Mr. Prescott is forced to file the instant case to bring the truth to light, defend his new family, and promote our society’s collective progress in support of legitimate survivors of sexual assault.
Prescott’s attorneys affirmed that the Cowboys QB would donate recovery from the lawsuit to Joyful Heart Foundation, a nonprofit organization committed to aiding victims of assault.
Who is Victoria Shores?

The allegation in Shores’ lawsuit, which was sent by letter to Prescott and his attorneys, is that the incident happened on or about February 2, 2017, not long after Prescott’s rookie season ended.
The case was filed in Collin County, Texas, and describes the purported extortion attempt by Victoria Baileigh Shores and her attorneys, Bethel T. Zehaie and Yoel T. Zehaie, according to documents obtained by USA TODAY Sports.
According to demand letter from her lawyer, which was sent on January 16 this year, Shores has been suffering from the ‘pain” since 7 years. The situation forced her to ‘therapy and counselling.’ The letter also says that in coping with the trauma of being a victim of s*xual assault, Victoria has endured unspeakable mental suffering.
This also had a significant impact on Victoria’s daily life and her relationship with her fiancé. For defamation, slander, civil extortion/duress, and other reasons, Prescott is currently suing the woman and her attorneys.
