The face photo and video of age 17 Vedant Agarwal has gone viral

A 17-year-old boy named Vedant Agarwal killed two people in a horrific incident involving drinking and driving in Pune with his Porsche automobile.

Vedant Agarwal is accused of driving the Porsche at a pace of 200–240 km/h while intoxicated. The unregistered vehicle struck the bike that was transporting the two people and then collided with the pavement railings by the side of the road.

Age 17 year 8 months old Vedant Agarwal is the son of Vishal Agarwal, a powerful and extraordinarily wealthy man who owns the building company Brahma Realty and Infrastructure. Prior to the incident, he was out drinking at restaurants with his companions after passing his class 12 CBSE exams. His driver and two friends were also present in the Porsche at the time of the accident.

The incident happened on Saturday at 2:30 AM. The two victims, 24-year-old Aneesh Awadhiya and Ashwini Kostha, were riding a bike from Kalyaninagar to Yerawada. They were both Madhya Pradesh-born software engineers employed in Pune.

Vishal Agarwal was placed under custody and charged with violating sections 75 of the Juvenile Justice Act, as well as sections 3, 5, and 199 of the Motor Vehicles Act, for allowing his minor son to drive a car and drink alcohol while being aware of his age.

The proprietors of the hotels and bars who gave alcohol to the minors have also faced harsh penalties from Pune Police. Charges have been filed against Marriott Suites’ Blak Club manager Sandeep Sangle, bar counter manager Jayesh Bonkar and Hotel Cosie owner Prahlad Bhutda and manager Sachin Katkar.

The action taken in Vedant Agarwal’s case against the accused is even more surprising. Fifteen hours after his arrest, Vedant Agarwal was granted bail. He has been instructed to assist the traffic police, study traffic laws for fifteen days, and then provide a report on his findings. In addition, he must compose a 300-word essay on the topic of “Effect of road accident and their solution.”

It will be the responsibility of his parents to see to it that he doesn’t commit the same crime twice, avoids “bad company,” and appears before the Juvenile Justice Board. Additionally, Vedant will need to undergo “mandatory counselling.”
