Kiana Dufour who is a right foot striker is a young and upcoming teenage college soccer star who was born in São Paulo, Brazil. She was raised in a multicultural household, and her family eventually moved to Canada when she was young. While in Canada, Kiana excelled in youth leagues, often playing against boys.
At an early age, she had to confront the biggest obstacle in her life: dysplasia and at age 15, she underwent two major surgeries to reattach the bones of her pelvis. After months of physiotherapy, she learned to walk, run and jump.
She followed through with her international career by featuring for Haiti’s youth teams, complementing her mother’s country of origin.

At a very young age, Kiana impressed scouts with her technical flair and determination and played semi-professional soccer in Canada. She is now set to join the Southern Miss Golden Eagles of Southern Mississippi University on a scholarship. On the international stage, Kiana featured for Haiti’s youth teams as a tribute to her mother’s country of origin. The young striker has since earned a reputation for being a strong forward who likes taking on challenges.

Kiana Dufour officially committed to Southern Miss on Thursday afternoon, after earlier announcing the same news in July, 2024. Notably, the team had a 3-7-5 record in the last season. Following the decision, she shared several photos of herself in the uniform along with the caption:
