Who is the girl denied entry into Golden Temple due to Indian flag as pic goes viral but name remains unknown

A few days ago, a big fuss started when a girl from Ambala said she had been turned away from the Golden Temple but her name continues to remain a secret despite her being denied entry

The girl sent a video to some WhatsApp groups to show that she was safe, just in case something bad happened later. She said that she didn’t know that the tape would go viral and be misunderstood. She was told to fix her dress when she got to the Golden Temple, which she did. But a “sewadar” saw the flag of India on her face, and the tape shows what happened next.

In reaction to the controversy, both the girl and her father have said they are sorry for hurting anyone’s feelings. They also made it clear that they didn’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings or stir up trouble after she and her father were threatened by Khalistanis on the internet.

The video showed the girl being turned away by a sewadar at the Golden Temple with him lambasting her for having the flag of India painted on her face, something which scores of people visiting do owing to them visiting the Wagah border as well. Despite Khalistan flags and slogans being allowed in the Golden Temple, a girl who merely had the flag of India of the face was turned away with the SPGC member claiming that she had come to visit Punjab which wasn’t a part of India.

This isn’t the first time such propaganda has been peddled in the Golden Temple with the museum inside having housed a string of terrorists photos, ones who murdered Hindu women.

SGPC reiterates Golden Temple is open to all

The group that runs the Golden Temple, the SGPC, has also said something about the issue. They said that everyone from any faith, caste, or creed is welcome at the Golden Temple. The SGPC has also said again that the Golden Temple is a place of prayer where people of all faiths come to pay their respects and find peace. However, this is different to the agenda which has been peddled out by them with no action taken against the anti-India narrative set forward by their sewadar.
