Although Tejasvi Surya and Sivasri Skandaprasad have not made their wedding plans public, it has been reported that they would tie the knot in Bengaluru over the next few months. According to a report in the media, Tejasvi and Sivasri will tie the knot in a grand event in Bengaluru on March 4, 2025.

Sivasri Skandaprasad was born in Chennai, Tamil Nadu and is 28 years old as she was born on August 1, 1996. She comes from a musical family. J Skanda Prasad, her father is a mridangam master.
Coming from the family of established Artistes, Sivasri is established as a performing Classical Musician, Bharathnatyam and Namasankeerthanam artiste. She is the granddaughter of Kalaimamani late Seerkazhi R. Jayaraman who was an established Musician and Smt. Shanthi Jayaraman who is a popular vocal accompaniment for leading Bharatanatyam artistes, on the paternal side and Purvashrama granddaughter of the former Pontiff of the Thennangur Gnananandagiri Peetham, His Holiness Sri Namanandagiri Swamigal who was a Namasankeerthanam exponent, on her maternal side.

Sivasri graduated from the SASTRA University in Thanjavur with a B.Tech degree in Bio-Engineering. In addition to earning a diploma in Sanskrit from The Madras Sanskrit College, she also completed an MA in Bharatanatyam from the University of Madras.
Her Bharatanatyam journey began when she was just three years old and she trained under well-known teachers like Kalaimamani Smt. Krishnakumari Narendran and Acharya Choodamani Guru Smt. Roja Kannan.

Her partner, who is currently a sitting Member of Parliament for the Bengaluru South seat is Tejasvi Surya, a lawyer by profession and a part of the BJP. He has also been the National President of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha since September 2020.
Tejasvi and Sivasri are both passionate about cycling, endurance and relay competitions, and other sports. Tejasvi Surya became the nation’s first sitting Member of Parliament to finish the Ironman 70.3 endurance race in 2024.

Sivasri Skandaprasad founded the cultural organization Ahuti in 2021. Ahuti is a company dedicated to promoting and preserving Indian crafts and art. 64 traditional Indian art styles serve as the inspiration for Ahuti. In essence, the objective is to raise awareness and preserve the artistic roots.
Sivasri is a talented Carnatic singer as she trained with Guru Sri A. S. Murali, who helped her master the art of classical music. She has also performed solo Carnatic music concerts at popular venues in Chennai along with in Denmark and Korea.
After Prime Minister Narendra Modi appreciated a song she made in 2014, she immediately became well-known and in the spotlight. On her YouTube account, she performed the Kannada devotional hymn “Poojisalende Hoogala Thande.”
