Rodney Jones has issued a lawsuit against his former employer, Diddy Combs, accusing him of several allegations, including s*xual harassment, drugging, and threatening him during the time that they reportedly worked together between September 2022 and November 2023. Lil Rod claims in his lawsuit that he has video and audio evidence of Combs and his staff “engaging in serious illegal activity,” for over a year.

He also included a number of other defendants in the lawsuit, including Combs’ son Justin, Kristina Khorram, his chief of staff, Universal Music Group CEO Sir Lucian Grainge, ex-Motown Records CEO Ethiopia Habtemariam, and Love Records. List of allegations against Diddy in Rodney’s lawsuit

Rodney Jones issued a list of allegations against Diddy on Monday in a New York federal court. He accused Combs of allegedly forcing him to find s*x workers while reportedly forcing him to get physical with them. Jones also accused Diddy of giving drugged alcoholic beverages to his guests during his house parties, including underage girls. According to the lawsuit, he reportedly has screenshots to support the allegations.

Rodney Jones also accused Combs of harassing and assaulting him when he lived at his Combs’ houses in Florida, Los Angeles, New York, and a yacht in the Virgin Islands. More specifically, he accused Diddy Combs of “constant unsolicited and unauthorized groping and touching,” of his genitals. Moreover, while sharing his experiences to Kristina Khorram, she allegedly dismissed the acts as “friendly horseplay”. She reportedly justified the actions as Diddy’s way of “showing that he likes you.” Khorram is now accused of aiding and abetting Diddy, and allegedly trying to “groom” Lil Rod.

Rodney Jones also accused Combs of allegedly giving him “an exclusive Bad Boy baseball cap.” According to him, this was a signal to let s*x workers know of Diddy’s arrival in Miami and his desire to hire them. Jones further accused Combs of not just pressuring him to procure s*x workers but also engaging with them physically. Rodney also claimed that last year, in February, Diddy allegedly drugged him and forced him to sleep with sex workers. Diddy Combs allegedly forced Jones to watch a video of musician Stevie J being intimate with another man. Rodney Jones also accused Combs of introducing him to actor Cuba Gooding Jr., who allegedly groped him. The actor also allegedly ordered his former girlfriend, Yung Miami’s cousin, to physically assault Jones.

Guns and shootings

Aside from allegations involving s*xual and physical assault, Rodney Jones also accused Diddy of allegedly handling guns, bragging about shooting people, and getting away with it. He also mentioned another incident in which Combs allegedly admitted that he was responsible for the nightclub shooting in New York City in 1999. The incident saw rapper Shyne get convicted, while Combs got acquitted.

According to Jones, Sean and his son Justin had an altercation where an innocent man was accidentally shot. However, they forced him to lie to the police and call it a drive-by-shooting. While stating all these allegations, Jones stated that he has hundreds of hours of video and audio evidence to support his accusations.

Diddy’s legal team denies all accusations

Amidst all the accusations laid against him, Diddy’s attorney has come out to issue a response against Rodney Jones. Diddy’s attorney, Shawn Holley, stated that:

We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with Mr. Jones’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls. We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.”
