Punjab Police have detained Mandeep Kaur, also known as Daku Haseena, along with her husband, suspected of a daring robbery in Ludhiana that is alleged to have cost Rs. 8.49 crore.
Their capture was made possible by a cunning strategy employing a free Frooti packet given to pilgrims at Hemkund Sahib. The accused couple fell for the trap and emerged from the throng to enjoy the drink, which allowed for their identification and eventual arrest.
Nine out of the twelve people involved in the case have so far been found. Additionally, the police seized Rs. 21 lakh from the couple and detained a conspirator in Punjab.
The robbery took place on June 10, and the culprits escaped with a significant amount of cash from a company’s office in Punjab.

Daku Haseena was the mastermind of the heist that occurred on June 10 in Ludhiana, when several armed men assaulted a cash truck and seized Rs 8.49 crore.
