57-year-old Andy Flower was born on 28 April 1968 and is 5ft 10in tall. Flower, who was born in Cape Town, South Africa, began playing with his younger brother Grant Flower throughout his high school years at Oriel Boys’ High School and Vainona High School.
He was raised in a family that loved cricket. Bill Flower, his father, played cricket for Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) and was a famous player.
While playing in England, Andy Flower met his English wife, Rebecca. They are parents of three kids. While not much is known about Rebecca, she is British by nationality is aged between 50-60 years while her husband Andy who is aged 57 and earns a salary of Rs.3.5 crore at RCB has a net worth of $5 million.

He is statistically the best batsman Zimbabwe has ever produced and was the wicket-keeper for over a decade. The highest score a Zimbabwean player has ever scored in an ODI match is 145, which he achieved against India in the 2002 ICC Champions Trophy.
Flower was regarded as the world’s top Test batsmen from October to December 2001. He was largely regarded as the only batsman from Zimbabwe who could perform well in tests under any circumstances.
From 2009 to 2014, he coached the English cricket team after retiring. England won the 2010 ICC World Twenty20 while he was their coach. In the team’s history, Flower became the second foreign coach. He is now the head coach of Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Indian Premier League and Trent Rockets in The Hundred.
Flower guided the Multan Sultans to their first postseason appearance in 2020 during his tenure. The Sultans lost in the preliminary round after finishing first in the league stage. In a similar vein, he guided the Zouks to their first CPL final.
Before becoming the head coach of the Lucknow Super Giants, Flower was the assistant coach for Kings XI Punjab (formerly the Punjab Kings) during the 2020 and 2021 Indian Premier League. June 2021. After his tenure with the Lucknow Super Giants ended, he was named head coach of the Royal Challengers Bangalore in August 2023.
