The song and video of rapper and Instagram influencer Cringistaan2 aka Aryan pretending to be Vedant Agarwal has gone viral 

According to a video that has gone viral on social media, the 17-year-old teenager who was engaged in the Porsche crash case at midnight in Pune, that claimed the lives of two people posted a rap video the day he was granted bail. Pune Police did, however, clarify that the person in the video was not the actual accuser but someone else.

“Karke baitha main nashe in my Porsche, saamne aaya couple mere ab woh hai neeche, sound so cliche, sorry gaadi chad gayi aap pe,” the Instagram user sings in the video. 17 ki umar paise khub mere baap pe, phir se dikhaunga sadak pe khel, din mein mil gayi mujhe bail.” These were the lyrics that the person was seen rapping in that viral video which has angered netizens beyond belief.

Later, it was found that the creator who made that viral rap video goes on Instagram as “Cringistaan2.” Further, ACP Sunil Tambe of the Crime Branch in Zone 1 claimed that police were already doing a technological analysis of the incident and that the video that was making the rounds on social media, which claimed the person as the alleged teen involved in the Porsche accident was a hoax.

Cringistaan 2 is an Instagram influencer based out of Delhi whose real name is Aryan. Vedant’s mother Shivani has confirmed that the video is fake.

The accused’s father is in custody

Now talking about the case, there was a lot of criticism about the Juvenile Justice Board’s moderate sentence of having the kid charged with writing an essay. But when the need for justice got louder, the authorities took action against the accused and his father, Vishal Agarwal. The police apprehended the builder father of the teenager, who was on the run following the crime and who was apparently also in possession of a well-thought-out escape plan. A local court sentenced him to two days in police jail for the incident.

According to Maharashtra Home Minister Devendra Fadnavis, the Nirbhaya Law allows a minor between the ages of 16 and 18 to be tried as an adult due to the seriousness of the offence.

The Juvenile Board was criticized by Fadnavis, who remarked that the board’s liberal handling of the issue was startling. He declared that every effort was being made by the authorities to guarantee the accused in this case would face severe penalties.
