Eventually, it came to light that the woman in the Graphic Era College Fest video is actually Rakhi Ghanshala, the wife of the college president.
Situated in the picturesque city of Dehradun, Graphic Era University has a lovely and tranquil campus that is bounded on two sides by the Clementown Cantonment and Rajaji National Park.
