South Korean singer Park Bo-ram has left this world at the age of 30. She was renowned for lending her vocals in the K-drama “Reply 1988,” which brought her meteoric ascent to stardom. Soon after her death, her agency, XANADU Entertainment, made a profound statement, confirming the events.

This is XANADU Entertainment. We are here to share sorrowful and heartbreaking news. Park Bo-ram suddenly passed away late at night on April 11. All of the artists and executives at XANADU Entertainment are deeply mourning the deceased with great sadness. It is even more heartbreaking that we have to tell you this sudden news to all of the fans who support Park Bo-ram. The funeral will be held after consulting with the bereaved’s family. Once again, we send our deepest condolences to the deceased so she may rest in peace.

Who was Park Bo-ram?

Park Bo-ram was a renowned South Korean singer. She has been in the news because she passed away recently due to cardiac arrest at the age of 30.

She was born on 1st March 1994 in Chuncheon, Gangwon Province, South Korea. In her family, Bo-ram only has two siblings; her parents died earlier.

Park Bo-ram did her schooling at Bongeui Middle School. While the most recent relationship status of the actress is not known, in 2017, she was reported to be dating Seo In-guk, a renowned South Korean singer and actor. However, they reportedly broke up in 2018.

She died on 11th April 2024 while partying in Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. At the time of her death, she was just 30 years old.

Park Bo-ram’s journey started in 2010 with SuperStar K2, when she discovered the value of comfort on stage. After moving to MMO Entertainment, she worked with Jellyfish artists on a Christmas single and contributed to the soundtrack for SBS’s 49 Days.

She made her singing debut with the release of the single “Beautiful,” featuring rapper Zico. She has sung songs for several television shows, including “Playful Kiss,” “49 Days,” “Hyde, Jekyll, Me,” “Introverted Boss,” “Man to Man,” “Prison Playbook,” “About Time,” “Touch Your Heart,” “Once Again,” and “Reply 1988.”

Park Bo-ram’s songs “Sorry,” “Will Be Fine,” “Please Stop Me,” “If You,” “How About You,” “One More Shot,” “To My Unloving Self,” “Do as I Like,” “Alone,” and “I hope,” become sensation and reached at the top of the chart.

Park Bo-ram’s cause of death

According to police reports, Park Bo-ram was discovered unconscious in the bathroom at a private gathering with the cause of death still being investigated. She died on the night of April 11 but a funeral date hasn’t been given yet.
