Who is Parag Agrawal?
Parag Agrawal is an Indian-American software engineer who worked as the CEO of the social media platform Twitter from November 2021 to October 2022.
According to Parag’s LinkedIn profile, he has completed his graduation in Computer science and engineering from IIT, Bombay.
Following that, he went on to pursue a degree of the doctor of philosophy (PhD) in computer science from Stanford University in 2005, which he had completed in 2012.
Meanwhile he started working as an Researcher for Microsoft for approximately 4 months in 2006. Later, he joined Yahoo and worked as a Researcher for approximately one and a half years.
In 2009, he again joined hands with Microsoft for the position of researcher.
A year later Agrawal joined AT&T Labs, Inc for the position of researcher. After 4 months of working at labs, Parag joined Twitter as a distinguished software engineer.
