Who is Narayan Chakraborty?
Narayan Chakraborty is an Indian environmentalist, researcher, laureate, and educator. He has been in the news because he was recently conferred with the Padma Shri Award for his research on arsenic toxicity.
After completing his schooling and graduating, he goes on to earn a B.S. from Jadavpur University. Later, he also got his Ph.D. degree in chemistry from the same institution.
