The Chelsea press officer was charged with “s*** management of a press conference” after the Blues thrashed Everton 6-0, and Mauricio Pochettino was enmeshed in a heated dispute between the club and the former stadium announcer.
The victory on Tuesday was marred by an altercation between three Chelsea players about who gets to take penalties. It was Cole Palmer later, who eventually scored the penalty for the Blue’s fifth and his fourth.

A video that One Football uploaded shows the Chelsea manager, who had indicated that he would like to talk about the event, joking at the questions as he leaves the Stamford Bridge press room.
While he was about to leave the room, he turned back and stated, “You all [asked] one [question] all press conference,” a report in Daily Mail says.
To which, Neil Barnett replied, “You stopped the press conference,” stating if the manager had stayed for more time, he could have gotten other questions.
The Blue’s boss then responded, “Every question was in this way.” Meanwhile, after Pochettino left the room, Neil states in frustration, as per the affomentioned source, “S*** management of a press conference.”

Neil Barnett had been a fixture at Stamford Bridge for years, working on matchdays entertaining fans and also in roles with the club’s in-house TV channel but he was axed from Chelsea TV by the club in 2018 after 32 years of service.
Neil Barnett is a Chelsea Football Club insider since around three decades. He is also the host for ‘The Football show’ of SiriusXM for around 14 years as per his X bio.
On his social media page, he can be seen interviewing alot of players in press conference.
