She participated actively in a number of extracurricular activities while attending Health Careers High School.

Nava Mau is recognized for her roles in shows like Hidden Canyons and was part of the production team for Netflix’s documentary Disclosure. In a 2021 interview with Elle, she expressed her enthusiasm for diverse roles within the television sector, stating, “I genuinely enjoy engaging in a range of different roles.”
The 2019 short film Waking Hour was the writing, directing, and acting debut of Mau. She has since acted in three short films: Sam’s Town, Femenina, and Work. The emerging celebrity assisted in producing the last two as well as the brief Lovebites.
