Madhuri Jain Grover hails from Panipat, Haryana. She completed her schooling from Bal Vikas School, Panipat and did her further studies at the Indira National Open University. She later on enrolled in the national institute of fashion technology, in New Delhi, foreign trade development center.

Back in 2000, Madhuri Jain took over her family business and she worked as an interior designer till 2017 at the Shivalik Fabrics. In early 2014, Madhuri did two months of internship in fashion designing at Satya Paul. In 2005, she worked as a senior designer at Vardhman Creations for a tenure of one and a half years. Madhuri Jain has also done numerous design workshops for the artisans of Indian handicrafts. Later on, in 2018 Madhuri served as the head of BharatPe finance.
When her husband began the company, Madhuri worked as an HR and managed finance and internal operations in the BharatPe. In an Interview, she has talked about this and she said, ‘I could not sense that Ashneer and BharatPe need any help since I was running my business more on model of a walk studio which is not whole day long job, as I suggested it could not help the company and wanted some senior who can take care and responsibility of various internal functions.’
