Recently, social media platforms has been buzzing with a viral video featuring a woman urging to netizens to help her find her husband.
For the context, a Lucknow-based techie, who recently, moved to Bengaluru seeking better job opportunities, has mysteriously gone missing.

Despite a week has passed since his disappearance, the authorities are yet to take the action, while his wife continues to plead for help.
What Exactly Happened?
The 37-year-old missing Vipin Gupta, who works at a company in Manyata Tech Park, was last seen on August 4, leaving his home around 12:44 p.m. on his Kawasaki bike, holding a t-shirt.
His sudden appearance has left his wife, Sriparna Dutta and their two children heartbroken. Reports claims that, shortly after Vipin Gupta, left his home, approximately, Rs. 1,80,000 was withdrawn from his bank account.
In a surprising turn of events, his phone has been switched off ever since adding layer to the mystery. Concerned, Sriparna Dutta, went to Kodigehalli police station, to file a missing person report, however, she claims that the authorities initially refused to register her complaint.
In addition, Sriparna Dutta, claims that, after her repeated requests an FIR was finally filed on August 6, two days after Vipin Gupta went missing and ever since then, the police officials has been slow to respond and make progress.
Witnessing the slow progress, Sriparna Dutta, approached senior police officials, including the Assistant Commissioner of Police and Deputy Commissioner of Police, to escalate the matter.
However, her meeting with DCP Sanjeet VJ North East at the Amrutahalli police station on August 9 left her feeling far from reassured.
Desperate for answers, Sriparna has turned to social media, sharing updates and appealing for help, including a heartfelt plea via Facebook Live.
What Did Sriparna Dutta Say?
In her live video, Dutta emphasized that Vipin had no addictions, wasn’t battling depression, and their family life was stable, with no financial or marital issues.

Moreover, she also mentioned a recent phone purchase that might be linked to the withdrawn funds but has no other leads.
