Korey Cunningham, former linebacker for the New York Giants, suddenly passed abruptly at home aged 28. After being informed by the police, the medical examiner brought the body to the nearby hospital.
According to a report, he was discovered unconscious, so at approximately 3:30 PM local time, the police and emergency services arrived at his New Jersey residence.
The New York Giants confirmed Korey Cunningham’s passing through X in a statement that was made in response to the reports.

Korey Cunningham was an American football player who played as an offensive tackle. He was born on May 17, 1995 in Montevallo, Alabama, U.S and sadly passed away on April 25, 2024 in Clifton, New Jersey, U.S.

The Arizona Cardinals selected Korey Cunningham in the seventh round of the NFL Draft in 2018. Before accepting a contract with the New England Patriots in 2019, he played there for a season. On September 7, 2021, Cunningham was added to the practice squad by the New York Giants. On October 19, 2021, Cunningham became a part of the active roster.
The 6 ft 6 in (1.98 m) tall player played for the Pats until 2020, then in he joined the Giants. He signed his reserve/future contract on January 22, 2023. August 27, 2023 saw him getting released.
