The town had been in a tense situation since then. Now, in a recent development, Una Police have registered a case against Kajal Hindustani, who claims to be a political and social activist, for delivering an inflammatory speech against a minority community during a Ram Navami event organized by the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP), a right-wing Hindu organization, which is a trigger point behind the clash.
Under IPC sections 295(A), she has been charged with intentionally and maliciously insulting the religious beliefs of any group, causing outrage. The Una town police have also filed a separate FIR against 76 individuals, including Hindustani, and 200 unnamed persons for inciting riots.

Kajal Hindustani is a controversial Indian political and social activist. She has been in the news because Una police registered an FIR against her for inciting communal violence in the city.
Her real name is Kajal Shingala and she is from Gujarat. With a significant 86.8k user following, she is a well-known person on Twitter and her profile describes her as an entrepreneur, research analyst, social activist, and fervent patriot of Hindustan.
Reportedly, Kajal Hindustani participated actively in the 2019 Lok Sabha Election Campaign, going to many American locations to raise awareness of the BJP’s accomplishments and Prime Minister Modi’s leadership, according to her website. In the same elections, she also participated in Om Birla’s campaign in Kota, Rajasthan.
She claims to have assisted with settling Pakistani Hindus in Gujarat in addition to her political activity and participation in several televised discussions.
