A famous media personality and businesswoman, Kim Kardashian, is making headlines after the Influencer was granted a restraining order on Monday against Jomonie Victor Zigler
As per a report by TMZ, the 42-year-old has been granted a temporary restraining order against a man, who’s later identified as Jomonie Victor Zigler.
The outlet noted that Victor has allegedly come to Kim’s house multiple times and even called her his “wife” and even gave her a ring.

Who is Jomonie Victor Zigler?
For those who are curious about the stalker, let us tell you, the 28-year-old man is likely from the State of California against whom the American socialite appealed for a restraining order.
Kim appealed for the order via her attorney Shawn Holley after she revealed that Victor is a stalker who has tried to visit Kardashian’s home multiple times and the security at the gate had to restrain him.
The legal document obtained by TMZ reveals that Kim has claimed that Zigler had sent a number of items to her including a diamond ring and keys to a hotel room.
As per the complaint, Zigler also called Kardashian his wife and even posted sexually explicit messages about her on social media platforms.
She also claimed that the man had a criminal history including firearms and threats. The businesswoman claimed that his actions had caused her emotional distress.
Apparently, after hearing Holley’s claim for her client, the judge has agreed to a temporary restraining order against Victory until a hearing which will be taking place next month.
The reports surfaced online a month after Kardashian was granted a restraining order against one Andre Persaud, who allegedly showed up at her home with weapons.
At the time, Andre was given a 5-year restraining order in Los Angeles and he is not allowed to contact Kim or her family. He is not even allowed to come within 100 yards of her.
In 2021 too, Kim was granted a restraining order against another guy named Charles Peter Zelenoff after the celebrity claimed that the guy was obsessed with her as he expressed his ldf desires to be together with the businesswoman. He also sent her a diamond ring as his plan B.
