Reports suggest that Priyanka had initially sought medical attention for stomach pain and was being treated at a private hospital. She had undergone surgery nearly 20 days earlier at Jaipurโs Vasundhara Hospital. However, her condition deteriorated post-operation, prompting her transfer to a hospital in Ahmedabad, where she sadly passed away.
Priyanka Bishnoi, a 33-year-old Rajasthan Administrative Service (RAS) officer, served as the assistant collector of Jodhpur. A 2016 batch officer, she was born in Bikaner on August 8, 1981. Her father, a lawyer, and her husband, excise inspector Vikram Bishnoi, were part of her close-knit family. On August 15, she was honored by the Rajasthan Government for her exemplary public service on August 15.
