Jeanie Buss is an American sports executive, who was born on September 26, 1961, in Santa Monica, California. Her parents are Joann and Jerry Buss. Her father Jerry was an American businessman who owned the majority of the Los Angeles Lakers. Buss grew up alongside her elder brothers Johnny and Jim, and younger sister Janie. Sadly, their parents divorced in 1972.
While just at the tender age of 14 years, Buss started attending tennis meetings with her father. Three years later, following her parents’ divorce Buss moved in with her father to Pickfair in Beverly Hills. She later attended the University Of Southern California (USC) and graduated with honors in business.
