Meek Mill is ending his association with Vory following allegations of domestic abuse against the “Ain’t It Funny” rapper and singer by his girlfriend, Janae Daugherty.

These accusations gained credibility with the emergence of home security footage online on Tuesday (Feb. 13). On February 14, Meek Mill quote-tweeted a video depicting a heated confrontation between Vory and his partner, with whom he shares a child, inside their residence.
Meek Mill’s Statement Reads
The Philadelphia artist stated, “This individual is not aligned with Dream Chasers! He is dealing with mental health issues! We are severing ties, regardless of your musical prowess.
“He has avoided my calls for months, spreading rumors that I’m threatening him. I’ve prevented many from causing harm to him. He is no longer associated with Dream Chasers Records!”
Meek expressed, “I find myself distanced from these unpredictable individuals, even though the atmosphere is vibrant! Life can be quite significant. Cherish your loved ones tightly!”
On Wednesday, Vory’s girlfriend Jane Daugherty intentionally leaked security cam footage on social media and accused the Lost Souls artist of domestic abuse and in the video, Vory is clearly seen intimidating Daugherty, at one point saying, “Janae, I will literally get you killed, for real, in real life.”
After the video leaked, Vory issued a long statement on his Instagram before deleting it shortly after. In his response Vory accuses Daugherty of being a “wh*re” that would get “passed around by certain individuals intentionally.” He claimed Daugherty slept with “80% of athletes” in “every sport” before they met.
He and Daugherty have a son together with her appearing to be pregnant in the video.

In a disturbing video, Vory was captured confronting his girlfriend, who sought refuge while cradling their dog and begging him to cease. In another clip, he insisted that she remove her phone from their home security system, warning, “I could genuinely put your life in danger.”
Daugherty took to her Instagram Stories to provide more details about the alleged abuse she experienced. She asserted having evidence of Vory assaulting her, capturing instances of physical violence, including punches, spitting, and threats, especially during her pregnancy.
In one of her posts, she stated, “The evidence is out there. Just Google his current court cases. And that’s only a glimpse into the numerous times he has engaged in such behavior. If you choose to support a man who abuses pregnant or women in general, that’s a decision between you and God!”
Although Vory has not directly addressed the accusations, he dropped a new track titled “Why Lie” this morning. Notably, Vory has a notable track record, having previously collaborated on Kanye West’s Donda and earning a Grammy in 2019 for his contributions to JAY-Z and Beyoncé’s EVERYTHING IS LOVE.

Meek Mill signed Vory to Dream Chasers Records in 2020, and the label released the rapper’s self-titled album later that same year.
