Simi Singhโs heath update
Simi Singh was initially treated for tuberculosis after being admitted to PGI in Chandigarh, but the medication had little impact. After that, Simi was sent to a private facility, where it was determined he was TB-free.
The medical personnel advised the cricket player to finish the course of therapy, even though his fever continued to rise and he eventually experienced severe jaundice.
Simi was sent back to PGI once more, this time with the diagnosis of acute liver failure and the recommendation to seek treatment in Gurugram, where he is currently awaiting a liver transplant. Agamdeep Kaur, Simi’s spouse, allegedly consented to donate a portion of her liver.
โThankfully, Simiโs blood group is AB+ which means he is a universal receiver. The doctors say that matching with his wife wonโt be a problem. The transplant is likely to be performed very soon, โa family member stated.
