Earlier, reports emerged claiming that Dog the Bounty Hunter is undergoing a tragic situation at home as several claims are going viral that his step-son, Gregory Zecca, reportedly shot and killed his step-grandson, age 13 Anthony in Naples, Florida in a freak accident.

As per media reports, the horrible incident took place in Naples, Florida on Saturday night, wherein Zecca accidentally killed his 13-year-old son Anthony during an accidental shooting at their apartment.
After the horrible incident took place on July 19, the representatives of Duane Chapman who is widely known as Dog the Bounty Hunter, and his wife Francie Chapman (previously known as Francie Frane) released a statement.
What Did Duane Chapman and His Wife Say?
The statement released by the couple’s representatives reads, “We are grieving as a family over this incomprehensible tragic accident and would ask for continued prayers as we grieve the loss of our beloved grandson, Anthony.”
As per the media reports, Zecca is the biological son of Francie Frane. She reportedly worked as a rancher in Colorado and owns a company named Erosion Solutions Inc.

For the unsure, Gregory Zecca is widely recognized as Dog the Bounty Hunter’s stepson, from his marriage to Francie Frane in 2021. Geogory is Francie’s child from her previous marriage but the name of his dad isn’t known. Francie and Bounty Hunter walked down the aisle after their respective spouses passed away. Zecca is known to be working with his step father on his bounty hunting team along with Chapman’s daughter, Lyssa.
His Instagram profile describes him as “Father, Bounty Hunter, Small Business Owner, Podcaster, and Adventurer.” As per his profile, he appears to be from Parker, Colorado, and is 34 years old.
Zecca is also known for Beyond the Bounty podcast, which as per reports describe him as one which captures the ‘incredible story of Zecca who casts on Dog the Bounty Hunter’s new show titled “Beware of Dog.’” The podcast talks about “Behind the Scene,” and catches “all the action,” for the viewers.
