Career
Nick Woltemade started out his football journey at TS Woltmershausen, where he initially played football and handball as a kid. He eventually joined the Werder Bremen academy and made his debut for their senior team at 17. Woltemade then went on to become the club’s youngest-ever Bundesliga player during a match against Augsburg during the 2019/20 season.
Nick then joined Elversberg on loan in 2022, where he scored 10 goals in 25 starts, helping the team secure a promotion to the Bundesliga. He returned to Werder for the 2023/24 season, where he scored two goals in 30 Bundesliga appearances before joining VfB Stuttgart. Following the transfer, he scored 12 goals in the 2024/25 Bundesliga season and four goals in the DFB Cup. He has since continued to thrive on an upward trajectory, including a hat trick against Spain U21 in March 2025, where he scored a hat trick.
