Mohamed Eas recently finished second in the Boston Marathon 2024 and won around $75,000 in prize money following his ending on in 2:06:58.

Ethiopian Sisay Lemma won the Boston Marathon men’s division in 2024 with a time of 2:06:17. The 33-year-old had an 80-second lead over the men’s group at the 15K mark, and he went on to lead by 2.5 minutes.

Meanwhile Evans Chebet, whom the title here in the previous two editions ended up third in 2:07:22. In the women’s side, Hellen Obiri won the title by her stunning performance.  After winning her debut marathon in the same city the year before, Obiri finished in a timing of two hours, 22 minutes, and 37 seconds to win the Massachusetts capital twice in a row.
