Three other family friends, including the Pandole brothers, Darius and Jehangir, and Anahita Pandole, were with Mistry when this accident happened. As a result of this, Jahangir, one of his fellow passengers, also passed away.

Who Is Anahita Pandole?
Anahita Pandole is a well-known doctor. She has recently been in the news because she survived the accident that resulted in Cyrus Mistry’s death.
She is a Mumbai-based gynaecologist at Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital. She was also a founding member of Jiyo Parsi, an effort to stop the Parsi community’s demographic decrease.
Pandole graduated with her MBBS from Topiwala National Medical College and BYL Nair Charitable Hospital in 1990. She then went on to the same college to get her MD in Obstetrics & Gynecology in 1994.
Her husband’s name is Darius Pandole, who survived the same accident in which his brother Jahangir and Cyrus Mistry died. He served as the organization’s managing director and chief executive officer. He had opposed Cyrus Mistry’s ouster as chairman of Tata Sons while serving as an independent director for companies inside the Tata group.
She is 55 years old.

Anahita Pandole has more than 30 years of experience in gynecology.
The Bombay Parsi Panchyet Fertility Project was launched in January 2004 by her and the Bombay Parsi Panchayet in an effort to alleviate the demographic reduction that the Parsi community was experiencing. Through this, Parsi couples were given access to cutting-edge medical facilities and reproductive therapy at discounted prices.
This first fertility experiment gave rise to the medical aspect of the Jiyo Parsi plan, which Pandole significantly contributed to and had ideas for.
She was instrumental in the conception and development of the implementation technique. She is still advising the Jiyo Parsi team with the medical elements.
According to the Jiyo Parsi website, she is a consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist with a special focus on managing infertility, high-risk pregnancies, and endoscopic surgery. Additionally, she works to stop unauthorised hoardings.
