Divita reported that when she claimed the victory, she expressed her joy and stated,
It feels crazy. I finally have this [crown] on my head. It is unbelievable, I really have no words. It’s crazy.
She believes in “fear change, embrace life, and live each moment to its fullest.”
She said,
My father harnessed its [education] power to break out of his financial circumstance and empower himself to earn and provide for his family.
She will now compete in the 71st Miss Universe pageant as the nation’s representative.

Who Is Divita Rai?
Divita Rai is a well-known pageant, model, and architect. She has recently been in the news because she won the title of Miss Diva Universe 2022.
She was born in 1998 in Mangalore city of Karnataka. She was brought up in multiple cities in India. Her father’s name is Dilip Rai and her mother’s name is Pavita Rai. She also has one older brother whose name is Daivik Rai and he is a cricketer.
She did her schooling at multiple schools. She studied architecture at Sir JJ College of Architecture.
Her height is 5 ft 9 in or 1.75 m. She is currently 23 years old.
Her Career
In the Karnataka state finals of Femina Miss India 2019, Divita Rai faced off against Ashna Bisht and Shalinii Mennon on February 21, 2019. Unfortunately, Bisht was picked to compete on behalf of the state at the national level.
Later, she competed in the Miss Diva Universe competition in 2021. She was named as second runner-up and Harnaaz Sandhu won the main title. She has recently earned the Miss Diva 2022 title, and she will represent India in Miss Universe 2022.
