For the unfamiliar, A young Rajasthan Royals fan, donning the team’s jersey, was seen in tears in the stands as the Sanju Samson-led team approached defeat against SRH at the M.A. Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.

Dhyani, the daughter of fielding coach Dishant Yagnik is an up and coming sensation in the broadcast world and is aged 14.

One of India’s presenters is Dhyani’s idol as she had said, “My idol is Mayanti Langer. She is just amazing and very confident at what she does. I started looking up to her when I was 7 years old while watching the IPL. I remember meeting her at least 9 or 10 times. She perhaps knows that I idolise her.”

After her sensational videos, Dhyani featured on Star Sports Kids Connected series, a platform where she got a chance to portray her skills in front of numerous viewers. “I enjoyed a lot on Star Sports and had a wonderful experience. Upon seeing this, Dishant immediately requested its removal, stating, “Please remove my daughter’s picture from the profile photo. It was an emotional moment, so please don’t do this.”

As for the match, Rajasthan Royals won the toss and decided to bowl first leading Sunrisers Hyderabad to opt for batting first in the second qualifier of the IPL which was held at the MA Chidambaram Stadium.
