Faf du Plessis swatted at a wide yorker from Jasprit Bumrah before the ball reached keeper Ishan Kishan in the 17th over of the match. While MI was appealing for a caught behind dismissal, the hitters managed to sneak in a single, but umpire Menon did not raise his finger.

Because MI had already used their review quote, the Mumbai based franchise couldn’t ask for more. Additionally, after Dinesh Karthik requested a review of the ball that Akash Madhwal had delivered, the umpire declined to give him a waist-high no-ball during the last over of the RCB innings.

This also confused Virat Kohli just like other fans on internet and he was seen unhappy with the decision.
