Who is Chandni Kothi?
Prior to their wedding, Sachin and his family maintained secrecy about Chandni’s identity and didn’t reveal anything about her, including her name. Reports have stated that she is a good friend of Sachin’s sister. At their reception, Sachin introduced Chandni Kothi to the media and all his fans. Chandni is an event organizer and also interior designer.

Talking about how they came together, Sachin said, “My family had been asking me several times to get married again, and I told them to find a good match for me. They suggested it to me, settling down with Chandni. I knew her for several years, but more as my sister’s friend.” Sachin stated.
Sachin joined the show TMKOC as the new Taarak Mehta after Shailesh Lodha left the show having starred in it for fourteen years. The reaction to his entry into the show was initially mixed as numerous fans were not in favor of a pivotal character being replaced.

Sachin was previously married to a fellow television star, Juhi Parmar. They both got married in February 2009 at a palace in Jaipur. They together have a daughter, named Samaira who was born on the 27th of January 2013. Later in, 2018, the duo confirmed that they had filed for separation and it was finalized later on in the year with Juhi Parmar being given custody of their daughter.
