Bushra Bibi, as she is commonly known, surrendered herself for arrest following the verdict. The former prime minister’s third wife, Bushra, has kept a low profile in public, trying to avoid the spotlight. She usually has her eyes covered when she is spotted in public.

The pair is accused of selling official goods worth more than 140 million rupees ($501,000) outside the law, which they allegedly received from 2018 to 2022, when Imran Khan was prime minister. Government officials claim that Khan’s aides orchestrated the sale of these gifts in Dubai.

Notably, Bushra Khan was found guilty for the first time, while Imran Khan was found guilty for the third time. She was conspicuously missing from the court session that took place inside the Rawalpindi jail, where Imran Khan is being incarcerated.

The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), the ruling party, said that Bushra’s conviction was an attempt to put further pressure on Imran Khan. In a televised appearance, Gohar Ali Khan, the interim chairman of the PTI and its attorney made it clear that Bushra Bibi is unrelated to the issue.

Since then, Bushra Bibi has become the talk of the town, with many people trying to find out more about him. So, let’s find out more about him:
