Belen distinguished herself among her peers during her first year at National University, winning the Most Valuable Player and Rookie of the Year accolades as she helped the Lady Bulldogs close in on a 65-year championship drought.

In the UAAP Season 80 of 2018, Belen became the first NU player since Jaja Santiago to win the top individual prize.

Bellan Belen, a well-known volleyball player, has been in the headlines since she was named the first-ever UAAP rookie MVP on Tuesday, June 21.
Bella Belen was born on June 29, 2020. She was born and raised in Quezon City and is a citizen of the Philippines. Currently, she is 19 years old.
Her real name is Mhicaela Belen. She is a student at National University. Young volleyball player Belen has a height of about 5 feet 8 inches and weighs 67 kg. She is one of the most energetic players in her team.
Her Career
Bella Belen is an outside hitter for the NU Lady Bulldogs in volleyball. Belen participated in the 2020–21 seasons of the Rebisco–Philippines and BaliPure Purest Water Defenders before enrolling at the National University.
The right hand of Belle, which is also her strongest hand, has a spike range of 270 cm and a blocking range of 279 cm.
She has participated in four competitions, including the PVL Reinforced Conference in 2017–18, the UAAP in 2021/22 and 2022, the Asian Cup in 2022, and the Asian Club Championship in 2020–21. As of June 26th, 2022, the volleyball player has further participated in 23 matches.
