Greenstone Lobo is an Indian scientific astrologer. He has been in the news because he recently predicted that India will win the ODI World Cup 2023.
He was born and brought up in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. After completing his schooling, he did his graduation in chemistry from the University of Mumbai. Later, he attended Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, where he did an MBA in Human Resources. Subsequently, he again joined the University of Mumbai as a research scholar in organizational leadership.
His career
Greenstone Lobo started his career as a medical representative at Aventis Pharmaceutical (formerly Hoechst) in May 1994. Later, he transitioned to Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) in May 1997, assuming the role of a senior medical representative.
In 2000, Greenstone stepped up into the realm of training and business development by joining O.R.B.I.T.S. International as a trainer and business development manager. Later, he joined Hindustan Lever Limited as the business development and training manager.
Subsequently, Greenstone Lobo joined Max Life Insurance Company Limited as the training manager. He went on to embrace the role of training manager (west) at Standard Chartered Bank from August 2006 to March 2008, marking a significant phase in his career journey.
Greenstone took a break after that and then returned as the Associate Vice President of Learning and Development at HSBC. He then returned to the insurance industry, working for IDBI Federal Life Insurance as the Learning & Development Consultant for Behavior and Leadership.
Parallel to his corporate endeavors, Greenstone Lobo embraced his passion for astrology, becoming a scientific astrologer in May 2005. For the past 18 years, he has been honing his skills in this unique and intellectually stimulating field.
