Amar’e Stoudemire, who played with the Phoenix Suns, is reportedly in trouble for “punching his daughter in the jaw”.
Amar’e Stoudemire Punched His Daughter
According to various reports, former NBA All-star Amar’e Stoudemire was arrested in Miami after he allegedly punched his own daughter in the jaw. The arrest was made just a few hours after Stoudemire graduated with a master’s degree.
Stoudemire allegedly punched his daughter in the jaw and proceeded to slap her several times all because she gave “attitude. The six-time NBA All-Star took tp Instagram to clarify the whole matter. While Assata’s age isn’t known, Stoudemire has two daughters, aged 17 and 14.

Following the series rumours surrounding Amar’e Stoudemire and his daughter, the former basketball star decided to clarify the whole issue on Instagram. The post started by addressing the rumor, which started around the last 24 hours. He stated how an incident at their family home led to him getting charged with allegedly assaulting his own daughter.
To this, he clarified that the report did not come to point with the facts provided. He added how he was Jewish and that Jewish people across the world were celebrating Hanukkah that day. Hanukkah involves people hearing about the stories of how Jewish people fought wickedness in the past.
He stated his belief that whatever is “hateful to you, do not do to others.”
Amar’e Stoudemire revealed that as investigations continue on, it will slowly reveal that the allegations made against him about his daughter’s medical condition will prove false. He continued to swore that he would never assault any other person, especially his own children.
He stated, “I respect, protect, and love my family, particularly my children. As a father, I ask for your grace as we secure our space and privacy.”
