Innocent was married to Alice Thekkethala. Innocent gave his name to his grandchild. In a documentary, Innocent Jr. has played the role of Innocent. Innocent was suffering from Cancer and he was recently admitted to hospital in March 2023 unfortunately, he died on the 26th of March.
Innocent was married to Alice Thekkethala on September 26, 1976 and were married until Innocent’s passing this March. The couple recently celebrated their 46th wedding anniversary and together, they had one child, a son named Sonnet Parppidam. It is unknown how old Sonnet currently is, but he celebrates his birthday in February and has two children of his own, a son and a daughter, named Innocent Jr and Anna, respectively.
It was revealed that Alice had cancer which she went onto beat. She faced a new health battle in 2020 when she was being treated in hospital with Covid-19 but has since regained her health. While her DOB isn’t known, she is aged between 65-75 years.

In an interview, Innocent revealed, ‘before meeting Alice he had met other girls as well and Alice was initially not aware of the fact that he is an actor.’
Innocent was born to his father and mother Margaret on the 28th of February 1948, and hailed from Irinjalakuda, Travancore-Cochin which is now in Kerala, India. Innocent was the third son and the fifth child to his parents, who had eight kids.
Innocent finished his primary education at the Little Flower Convent Higher Secondary School, Don Bosco Higher Secondary School, and completed his further studies at Sree Sangameswara NSS School in Irinjalakuda.
“Innocent got infected with Covid and because of multiple organ failure and respiratory issues, he had a heart attack,” authorities of the hospital said in a press release. The famous Malayalam film actor Innocent and former Lok Sabha member died in hospital at the age of 75 years of age.
