A YouTuber based in Noida received a notice from the Karnataka Police, requesting his participation in an investigation regarding a video featuring Congress MP Rahul Gandhi.
The notice, issued to YouTuber Ajeet Bharti, stated that the video titled “Rahul Trying Hard To Fuel Fire, Naseer Wants Modi in Skull Cap” allegedly aims to incite enmity, hatred, and ill-will between communities.

This action followed a complaint filed by BK Bopanna at the High Grounds Police Station in Bengaluru on June 15.
Consequently, an FIR was registered under Sections 153 (promoting enmity between different groups) and 505(2) (statements creating or promoting enmity) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
The police have Instructed Mr. Bharti to appear before the investigating officer at the High Grounds Police Station at 11 am within 7 days of receiving the notice.
A Karnataka Police team arrived at the YouTuber’s residence in Noida’s Sector 57 around 1 pm, according to a local police officer.

For the unfamiliar, Ajeet Bharti, born on September 24, 1987, in Manjhaul village, Begusarai, Bihar, is an editor and co-founder of DO Politics. The 37 year old has a height of 5 feet 11 inches.
According to his LinkedIn profile, Ajeet, who completed his schooling at Sainik School in Tilaiya, Jharkhand, pursued higher education in Delhi, earning a degree in English Literature from Kirori Mal College, Delhi University in 2007.
