Fucci has pleaded guilty to first-degree murder in the stabbing of Bailey. At the sentencing hearing, Bailey’s sister Alexis questioned the teenager if he watched her sister die or if he left her in unbearable pain as he fled the scene, as reported by News 4 Jax.
In his plea, which was submitted on paper, he included letters from family members expressing remorse for his actions. He himself expressed regret and apologized for the pain he caused Tristyn’s friends, siblings, parents, and other family members.
