Born in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, on November 18, 1995, age 28 Arushi Sharma belongs to a middle-class family. In Jaypee University of Information Technology, Himachal Pradesh, she chose to major in information technology despite her family’s legal background. Although she started her career in Gurugram, she later moved to acting.
While attending college, Arushi met Bollywood filmmaker Imtiaz Ali, who was searching for new talent for his next project. Arushi seized the chance to try out for and get the role of “Sanjukta” in the film “Tamasha.” She played the instructor of Ranbir Kapoor, and was prominently featured in the song “Chali Kahani.”
