Earlier, a social media user, who goes by the name @DramaAlert on X/Twitter, shared a post indicating that the video creators have confirmed the viral rumors of Haliey allegedly suing Tim and Dee TV.
The viral post featured a screenshot, wherein a platform user asked, โIs she really suing you?โ To which several fans chimed in and stated that Welch wants the โrights to the video.โ
After witnessing various comments, Marlow, who has more than 4K followers on photo-sharing platform Instagram, reportedly replied, saying, โNot fake news,โ adding that they will soon drop a backstory video about this on their YouTube.

However, in a turn of events, witnessing these viral claims, Haliey Welch came forward as the social media sensation addresses these rumors.
What Did Haliey Welch Say?
Taking the matter to social media platform X, Haliey Welch shared a snap of a social media page titled โLegally Blonde,โ featuring her face superimposed over Reese in a courtroom scene. She captioned the image, โFake News.โ
In addition, she also expressed that if she wouldโve wanted to sue the video creators, the matter wouldโve been public. Welch penned in her X/Twitter post, โIf I sued it would be public but I guess clout is being chased.โ

25-year-old Tim Dickerson, and his 24-year-old partner DeArius Marlow, have been creating content for social media since 2021.
The duo have been sharing the videos on social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. The official Instagram account of Tim and Dee TV has amassed over 188K followers.
On the viral interview night, the content creator duo encountered Welch on the streets of Nashville and interviewed her with the clip soon going viral on TikTok. The two had admitted to Hailey asking them to spice up the questions during the interview.
Marlow told the New York Times that when he reached out to Welch, her lawyer reached back and he and Tim are trying to protect what little they have as well. They have filed 50 copyright strikes against hijackers who have stolen their videos of Welch.
