Before going to the 2024 Australian Open semifinals, Gauff wrote a heartfelt letter to her younger brother, Cameron. In a touching note to her brother Cameron, the World No. 3 honoured his accomplishment by praising him for winning MVP with the Delray Rocks, his American football team. While she reached the last eight of the tournament, she wrote on the camera:

She also paid respect to her brothers, Codey and Cameron, in her shoes in a heartfelt way. Gauff has inscribed a lot of things on her shoes which has a meaning and one of those is related to her siblings which she disclosed while being interviewed on the court.
