Young female drivers can get the necessary training at the F1 Academy to pursue careers in motorsport.
The W Series, Formula 3, Formula 2, and even F1 are progressions offered to bridge the gender gap between women and the top rungs of the racing ladder.
Bruno Michel, CEO of Formula Motorsport Limited, will oversee the F1 Academy, which was initially announced in November 2022.

When does the F1 Academy season start?
Although the official 2023 launch date for the first F1 Academy season has not yet been announced, fans are anxiously anticipating it this year and waiting for the official dates.
What teams are in F1 Academy?
For the 2023 F1 Academy season, five junior teams have confirmed their participation. All of the veteran outfits are presently in F2 and F3.
A 15-car grid will be comprised of three cars from each team.

Tatuus T421 chassis, Autotecnica turbocharged motors, and Pirelli tyres are all features of F1 Academy cars.
Who are the F1 Academy drivers?
The 25-year-old Swiss driver Lena Buhler has been named as the inaugural F1 Academy driver. She will compete for the squad at the ART Grand Prix. Buhler is the only name that has been made public thus far.

When does F1 Academy run until?
The five clubs that have already been announced for the inaugural season are committed through at least 2025.
