Yuzvendra Chahal, a leg-spinner for Team India, is yet to play in a T20 World Cup match for his country, but he is still making the most of his time while watching from the stands in Australia. Nevertheless, he still making news but for different reasons.

Chahal, who is also known for being Team India’s most entertaining player, never misses an opportunity to laugh and enjoy himself on the field, and on Sunday was no exception. He surprised the umpires by showing up on the field even though he is currently not in action.

It all happened when KL Rahul was struck on the box during the third over of India’s batting innings and was in a lot of discomforts. Then, the physiotherapist was called in to help him.

Besides the physio, Chahal also arrived on the pitch, carrying water bottles and other items. However, when he was on the field, he decided to have a little fun with the umpires as the physiotherapist was attending to Rahul.

Prior to actually punching umpire Langton Rusere, Chahal made a playful motion of doing so with his knee before sprinting back to the dugout.

Chahal’s amusing actions were captured on camera, and the video quickly went viral on social media because fans couldn’t believe the bowler also chose to play with the umpires.
