Virat Kohli scored a gritty 60 off 44 to take the Indian total on 181
After a long time fans saw a vintage Virat Kohli innings which had everything in it. On the other hand, wickets kept tumbling but Kohli stayed at one end and made sure that India reach a commendable target. After a flying start by Rohit and Rahul, it looked like India will touch around the 200 mark but they failed to do so in the end. Wickets kept falling and not a single 50-run partnership came after the departure of openers. But Virat stood there as a wall and played the role of Anchor.

It was a very rare sight for everyone as Virat has never been seen taking his helmet off while reaching 50 runs. It looked like that 50 was special for him and it was much needed. The emotion from the 34-year-old flowed and he even kissed the badge of BCCI on his shirt. Virat went onto his fifty by smashing a six off Hasnain over mid-wicket.
Virat’s memorable fifty wasn’t enough as Pakistan won the match with 5 wickets
India managed to post a great total of 181 runs. Virat Kohli played a great inning and anchored the Indian batting but he wasn’t able to hit the ball cleanly in the last over Rauf. Virat played 3 dot balls in the last over and he was struggling to hit Haris Rauf out of the park. In the 4th delivery of the innings, Virat tried to steal a double but Nawaz’s accurate throw ended Kohli’s innigs. Bishnoi came into the crease for the last 2 balls of the innings and sent both of them for a boundary.
