She claims that what hurt was that the fielding and bowling did not meet her standards. But in the end, she gave her word that RCB will recover. The fan in question expressed her optimism for an RCB comeback in an open social media chat. She also saw a bright side to Dinesh Karthik’s outstanding comeback to form. The fan was spotted earlier in an interview as well after India’s T20 world cup match but her name and identity isn’t known yet.

Meanwhile, with the advantage of the toss, RCB chose to bat first. Before fielder Rachin Ravindra and quick bowler Mustafizur Rahman of the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) struck in the fifth over to remove RCB skipper Faf Du Plessis for 35 runs, de Plessis smashed eight boundaries.
Virat Kohli was also removed on 21 in the 12th over by the identical combination of Rahman and Ravindra. Dinesh Karthik and Anuj Rawat put up a 95-run sixth wicket stand to give the Royal Challengers Bengaluru a chance. Even though they were 79/5 at the end of the 12th over, RCB was unable to convert that opportunity into a win.
Whatever the case, on March 25, the RCB team will play Punjab Kings in their next IPL 2024 chapter. The game will be RCB’s first home game of the season and is scheduled to take place in Bengaluru.
