He told me that, “this sickens me because in this great country, this takes me back to a time where a White woman would accuse a Black man of something, and they would take a bunch of guys that were above the law, run in a barn, put a rope around his foot and drag him through the mud – and hang him by the tree.”
New video emerges in Michael Irvin case, but shows little evidence
Larry McCathern, Michael Irvin’s lawyer, said that a video had come out showing Irvin talking to the woman, but the video didn’t show anything important. McCathern says that the video shows Irvin and the woman meeting in the hotel lobby and shaking hands.

Before he left, Irvin touched her elbow twice, then turned down a drink and offered to take a picture instead. People who were with him when he took pictures can now say what he did with the woman.
