Who Is Rosa Isabel?
In April 2022, Rosa Isabel Cespedes Callaca, a 36-year-old, was killed in an automobile accident on the Chiclayo-Ferreafe motorway. This is the event that her family and friends believe caused her death.
Rosa’s brother-in-law died in the tragedy, and her three nephews, ages 5, 11, and 17, are in serious condition at the Lambayeque provincial hospital.
On April 26, her death was confirmed, and soon after this, her family began making funeral arrangements for her.

As I have already mentioned that Rosa’s relatives gathered in Lambayeque on April 26 to pay their ultimate respects after she was proclaimed ‘dead.’ But soon after starting rituals, Rosa’s relatives began hearing banging from within the wooden coffin as they lifted it onto their shoulders.
They were surprised to discover Rosa was still alive and staring at them after they lowered the casket and opened its lid.
How Was She Alive?
After being found alive, she was brought to a local hospital by her stunned relatives, who discovered she was showing signs of life. She was immediately connected to a life-support system, according to accounts.
Unfortunately, Rosa’s condition deteriorated a few hours after being admitted to the hospital and later that day, she passed away.
Following this, Rosa’s family has expressed their anger against the hospital’s healthcare facilities and is demanding answers. Because of this shocking case of negligence, they were even more devastated than before.
Local media cited an unknown aunt as stating,
We want to know why my niece reacted yesterday when we were taking her to be buried. We have the videos in which she pushes and touches the coffin.
Police are now investigating this case and are yet to submit their final report.
